I am in quite a good and comfortable situation right now. But am a bit confused as to how to proceed.
I wanna get into details about this because I feel everything in important. I know most of you won't bother reading and that's fine, I'll do a TL

2 weeks ago, I finally dumped my 3.5yrs OLTR gf. I say OLTR but I'll be quite humble and admit it didn't go as planned. Don't get me wrong tho... I been banging on the side with little repercussions and most of her friends which is really nice cause they're all 7.5-8.5s and a lot of fun. But I would get c0ckblocked here and there... say there would be a new chick coming to my house parties, my ex would be an ass to her, and use scare tactics to get her away from me OR she would make sure to rapidly become bestie with her as we had a rule "no fckin each other's friends on the side" which we also both obviously didn't respect lol.... only she had issues with it tho. I was realistic and moving on.
So obviously, the frustration began to build, and I mentioned it to her, several months ago but nothing changed.
Flash back to 2-3 weeks ago. My driver's license is suspended, I need ride to work, so I make a deal with a buddy (21yo) of mine that he becomes my roommate in my house until spring. We're driving back to an ongoing house party at my place and he's telling me about his sister (25 brunette) and stuff, that he told her about me being a good mentor for him yadi yada. Meanwhile, my gf is texting me that there is a hot new girl and she's making out with her, nothing unusual but when we get there, my new roommate's jaw drops, the girl in question is his sister!!! Needless to say, it's a crazy coincidence. So next thing you know, my gf and her are making out, dirty dancing and obviously I am hardcore turned on, plus his sister is just giving me THOSE EYES.
Weekend after, on Friday night, my gf acts stupid and I am pissed at her, and we're getting real close to that last drop that will make everything spill. So now it's Saturday, we got a halloween party at her friend's place before hitting the bar. I go there with my 2 friends(1 DD), my new roomie and his sister. They all leave their cars at my place... My gf is working til 9 and catch up later.
Next thing you know, we're at the bar and I am dancing with his brunette-sister. My gf can't keep her emotions in check, decides it's one of those night where she'll c0ckblock me, walks up to her and literally tell her she's not allowed to dance with me. Brunette just brush it off, and keep dancing with me, after all, I am technically in an OLTR, and they're not friends so I am fair game.
At the end of the night, I tell my gf to not come home (she's got her parent place nearby), I need a break, plus we got full house in the car, no room for her anyways. She knows exactly what that means.
4AM we're back at my place, I take brunette to my room, start escalating, she playing hard to get... but I am now giving her a massage in my bed, we're both naked...
BAM my gf walks in the house. FML. I guess she cudn't get into her parents place?
Turns out real awkward cause technically, we also have a rule where we don't bring side b1tches in our bed unless we're both there, which I obviously also don't really care about. All those rules are good for her, not me.
So brunette rapidly toss random cloths on (my gf's pjs.... aawwwwkwaardd.. but funny and then my gf starts being an ass to her. I tell her to go away in the basement and that we'll talk tomorrow. I sleep solo, wake up (it's Sunday), we talk a bit, then I break up with her cause I am done with the disrespect.
Next Thursday, my roomie invite brunette to come over, but she decides to come with blondie-sister (23yo) too. This is where the real fun starts gentlemen. This is when you realize that the knowledge we acquire on those forums, and understanding things like field practice, abundance mentality, outcome independence, keeping frame all pays off.
I am a very decent cook, and am preparing dinner for everyone. I can see both eyeing me at that point. Blondie is a BIG animal lover and I am too... she's just LOVING my chihuahua and my parrot, getting real close to me, giving me the same eyes brunette was/is still giving me... I keep frame, and show I am outcome independent, but keep dropping F&C flirts here and there, in a very friendly way.
My roomie is a photographer, we take pictures, I totally win the contest (best picture) simply cause IDGAFOS and I know they're all impressed. We have a very good night, then we all go to bed ( I have several guest beds). In the morning, around 5AM, blondie was looking everywhere for her car keys.. I helped a bit then she bounced. Immediately, brunette came in my bed to cuddle up until 7AM I guess? I play it chill, do not try to escalate... it's 6AM and her brother is next room. There will be other times.
Couples days later, we're doing my bday party and unfortunately, most of my female friends won't show up because they're all worried my ex will be mad at them. Doesn't matter... all my buddies come over, along with brunette and blondie! We have a GREAT night... Brunette is acting a bit distant... blondie is displaying even more interests and actually looks like more fun. But I play it safe, neutral. I am not clingy or needy in any ways, still showing I am an outcome independent guy.
Blondie gets sick, she doesn't usually party I guess... but she's fine. My buddy is desperately hitting on her and helping her out a lot. Eventually, I literally tell him maybe she just wanna be alone, and offer her a towel so she can shower. As I am about to leave, she starts stripping in front of me, and ask where the fck I am going to which I obviously reply, in the shower with you ;P
This girls body is easily a 9.5. But she is sick so I am not going to be TOO pushy... I try to escalate a bit but understand it isn't a good situation. We both go to sleep, cuddling making out and in my mind, I just can't comprehend the body this chick has. Meanwhile, brunette decides to crash with her brother, to stay away from my buddies who obviously all want in her pants. She'd obviously rather be in my bed but her sister took the spot. You would or might think she'd be jealous or pissed but I think I played my cards right and everything is all cool. Except I still haven't gotten laid yet. Next morning, me and blondie talk a while, and I tell her I wanna hangout with her some time soon to which she agrees.

So I go ahead, invite both sisters along with their younger brother at my place. So it's all 4 siblings along with me. Same thing, I start cooking, they both eyeing me... Another lil piece of info here is that both of them spends a lot of time snapchatting. I am older school and consider that impolite but I don't make a big deal out of it. Eventually brunette ask for a rub neck... I rub her neck a bit.. then blondie is jealous and want a neck rub too... I rub her neck a bit... then they literally fighting over me but hey I like to think I am pretty alpha and deserve something back so I say something like "oh and what do I get back in return? Cuddles? /wink /wink ..." to which they do find funny I guess... just yet another display of outcome independence. So brunette literally lift my shirt and start giving me a full back massage, as I am still massaging blondie her sister.
