How to deal with jealousy?

Hello Players,

I have a challenge for you. Tell me everything you know about your experiences with jealousy in relationships. The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY.

My most recent break-up involved was mostly caused by me being jealous of my chick texting/calling this one guy a little too much behind my back. I never emailed this guy until the night me and my ex broke up, but by then it was too late. The damage between me and my ex was done. I should have confronted this guy before (in a civil manner and asked why he was chatting with my girl so much when it was obvious we were hooked up).

Anyway, whats your advice for dealing with jealousy? Some girls will chat with other guys, have male friends, have random dudes try to dance with her/get her #. Whats the best way to deal with this.

I found when I mentioned it to my ex that I didn't trust the other guy and thought she shouldn't be calling too much she kind of got defensive and it was the beginning of the end of the trust in our relationship.

So players, whats your advice.

Dude it sounds like you're having issues with self esteem. If she was talking to this guy behind your back you should of broke up with her. Always let whoever your with make their own decisions. Act accordingly afterwards.

Jealousy is one of those things that i don't think you can or even want to
completely eliminate, like happiness, anger, sadness, boredom etc.. that sh*t is just who we are.

The key is to balance it with logic. You just say to yourself "huh, i'm feeling jealous right now, thats interesting.. so is my game off or this chick a dud or what?"

thats all you do, then do whatever you need to with a level head. But another emotinal response like getting
pissed I can tell you never really works out in the long run. You just lose.

Shouldn't make a difference what she looks like. Sounds to me you're smart enough to realize she was wrong for texting the other guy but not smart enough to stand your ground when she called you jealous for it. What she was doing wasn't right and you should've let her know it made you feel uncomfortable. If she didn't give a good response and you had a bad feeling just get out of the relationship.

It really shouldn't matter whether she's hot or not. If you got her then you can get other hot women too. If you can't get a hot chic right away just find some mediocre skanks wherever you go out at night haha. You'll feel a lot better about it afterwards.

I always try to ignore it, stay relaxed and move on with my life. That's how things should be like anyway, focus on my life, and my life only. If she feels like she's too good for it, then I let her go. I constantly improve everyday, while she turns into a life sucking leech, who apparently can't recognize the finest piece of ass in this whole god damn planet.

My main point is, I just don't give a **** whether or not I'm jealous, and if it bothers me to an extent, I always write about it or do some of that other expressing bull crap, It keeps me collected before I do anything rash or anything idiotic.

Have the mindset that other guys just make you look better. So the more she hangs out/talks to other guys the better it makes you look.

Before you can even get over jealousy, you need to get over women. PERIOD. If your life sucks without women, you need to reevaluate your priorities.

Women aren't everything. If you know you'll be OK without women for the rest of you life, you'll be ok. But if you think you need a girl to fulfill you, then you need to chill and let the women hate you and let women love you.

Forget your ex. She obviously doesn't care about you. SHE LEFT YOU FOR ANOTHER MAN!! So hopefully you read the DJ Bible and follow it to a damn T! She doesn't like you. Just learn that your life without women is amazing!

if girls mean THIS much to you, you shouldn't be in the game. the game is a MEAN old sob. who ain't gunna let go. you need to rise above it all. see that it IS just a game.
