I do bjj 3 times a week and I lift 3-4 times a week. Bjj is an exhuasting cardio workout, with interfere's with my goal on gaining weight.
Is it best to do bjj on the same days as my work outs (working out early afternoons, doing bjj at night). Or should I do them on alternating days.
I guess what it really boils down to is: is the recovery most significant right after a workout, or the day after a workout.
