Haha... I have no clue how to help u here, but training hard, get jacked and wearing tank tops in the summer work well for me... its hilarious when you make chics stare and get hollered at by girls passing u. Wear shades tho, cuz otherwise you might get to self conscious!

Start working out, exercise will take stress away and make you move with precision. Incorporate arnold press into your routine, its very effective as far as posture and moving right goes.

It also helps to wake up at a set time daily and have a routine. Example: 5am, go run.


Alpha male displays dominating body language at all times. That means women, men, strangers, while in traffic, etc. Study body language, once you understand it you are able to ready others and display proper language. Try Julius Fast, Body Language, CH7.


Though, alpha male starts with you, you can only immitate so much.

Its weird, all the guys Iknow who are 'jacked' do well with women, but if you ask a girl what type of body she likes, or at least all the ones I've asked, they say they dont like muscles, they prefer the lean and cut look, like TD in fight club.

Possibly they don't like to admit to liking guys with muscles? I don't know, girls are weird.

First thing first; if you don't do weights a martial art or yoga start. That is a solid foundation.

To get the upright pose right imagine a rope from the very top of your head pulling up and a rope pulling straight out from each shoulder... you got it? Relax into that pose.

Thats it tiger.

Now move slow... real sloooooow, you have all the time in the world badboy, no need to rush EVER! No one is doing **** until you get there!

When standing still keep your feet shoulder width apart, don't fidget, keep your hands by your sides (don't fold em, or have your hands behind you back or on your hips... thumbs tucked behind belt is cool).

Sitting you have two options:

Upright yet relaxed, spine straight, joints at ninety degrees.

OR

You can kick right back, take as much room as possible, you are at home wherever the **** you are.

Be alert but relaxed. An alpha knows what is going on in his domain. When you enter a room survey it. Hold eye contact and smile at anyone who you make eye contact with. This is your ****ing world, you haven't come to dominate it, you already dominate it, you are here to make sure everyone in your kingdom is having the fun they should be having and no one is ****ing your **** up.

Practice this and it will become natural.

Now here's the rub.

You need to "think" alpha as well. Its not just good enough to have your body doing the right things, if you are not thinking right you won't look right.

For example, you can stand straight, shoulders back and all but be thinking "I am such a loser." You will just look defensive, stiff... like a guy who is trying to look cooler than he is... and thats worse than just being normal.

This will sound really wanky but it is the only way it works. You gotta psyche yourself up. You have got to feel like you are the ****! Be in the head space that you are the lion in the ****ing jungle, that every chick wants to **** you and no guy wants to **** with you (because A. you are such a good guy there is no point. B. Everyone loves you and they will become a social outcast by being your enermy and C you will kick his arse!)!

You will find that when you are in that head space people pick up on it.

Obviously you can't lie to yourself, so if you really can't make yourself believe it than you have to go do some self improvement.

But you can improve your posture and standing and moving properly will make you fell more alpha. So thinking and doing feed into each other.

Take this summer for example, I coached soccer in the USA, and one of the coaches i was with was JACKED (as you say) but was pretty average looking. When he was coaching on a public park, a lot of times, girls would walk past and say something, or stare or speak to this guy, same thing when we went out clubbing.

OK, now you know more about my mates than me....suuuure

In terms of facial features, ie "looks" this guy was far from perfect, not ugly by any means, but nowhere near male model standars, trust me I know that for a fact.

But like I said, he "scrubbed up" well (in terms of when we went clubbing), was jacked and was a cool guy on top of that...and the girls loved him.

Whatever you say, this is a real life example to prove wrong of what you said. You are wrong, just accept it like an adult and move on.
