Practice in a team with a good coach, if not possible, practice with a friend. Books alone don´t help you.

Same as with DJ´ing and everything... books don´t help you shýt.. go on the field and practice.

camps

There are tons of camps that will teach you how to be good at it. For example last summer I went to the J Robinson camp. It was a pain in the @ss but I made it. and it feels awsome. There are other camps that are cheaper and will set you up for wrestling

I was JV my junior year. I made it to state my senior year and got the most improved award. To get good at something, do that something (i.e. wrestle). Oh, and wear some headgear so you don't get cauliflower ear. Let me know if you want more details.

Master the basics. You really don't need any of that fancy **** if you have the basics perfected. High Crotch, Single Leg, and Double Leg were in the top 5 most successful take downs in the last olympics and they are all VERY basic moves.
