How to arrange a gym program with my disoriented time???

Well, I'm still in high school so I'm kinda moneyless cause I don't work = no pro gym. I wanted so bad to have a great bulided body so I'm now at the Body Bulding club at my school plus I got a body bulding class 2 to 3 time a week. The problem is that I see that all the people here go the gym 2-3 times a week, 2 hours each seance. In my case, I got like 75 min for one class and if you calculate the teacher getting the presence in the beggining, tell all the people to shut up, explain thing about musculation, getting changed at the end of the class before the school ring for the next class, I got only 30 to 45 min. to workout. After school, I only got 50-60 min. I don't know if it's enough or not.

The teacher don't have time to give all the program too all the people in the gym/class so we do the exercice without someone to guide us and all.

Me, I'm 6"2, 200 lbs. I want to lose fat but I only know about cardio as a solution. When is about good eating habit, checking for good food in grocery store (fat, protein, calories, etc.), I'm really clueless at those. So guys, I need your help to see a light through this!!!

PS:
-I'm doing my chest for like 2-3 months at school, but it's not hard like some others peoples. Even if there's some fat around it, I got to force them to be hard unlike a lot of people who are steel-chest-like (for me, chest = personal pride, too many people play with my chest like they are water ballon, even if they not that j-lo)

-I perspire too much sometime. It's not about nervosity but when it's a hot or when I'm running a little bit, like playing with my friend you know, I start to perspire a lot when other people are cool.

-WTF?!?!?!?, my ass is BIGGG(my legs in general is not that good looking, more than my chest :D)even more than some women. *cryyyyyy* I need to get rid of it or get a attrative-to women one ASAP!!!

50 minutes is plenty of time for any proper weightlifting plan. Go hard, not long.

Not having touched a man's steel chest, I wouln't know. Low body fat certainly makes muscle look harder (more defined), but I doubt (I don't have a steel chest) that it is actually hard without flexing.

-Are you trying to bulk or cut? It's very difficult to do both at the same time. For lifting weights, 45 to 50 minutes is the MOST time you should put into a workout, any more is unnecessary and may even have negative effects. Like 7 Virtues said, go hard, not long.

-I'm no expert as far as losing weight goes, but I reccommend you check out DIESEL's Guide to Cutting Up for info on that.

-I perspire a lot, too. But they've got this new stuff out, I think it's called deoderant. It's supposed to keep you from sweating!

-As far as the ass goes, lose the weight and tighten that shyt up with lots of squats and deadlifts, etc.

it's enough
check out www.bodybuilding.com for some articles...
get into Bodyweight exercises... they give some pretty darn results

if you prespire too much, get anti perspirent... its necessity

if your ass is big, then get on to stationary bike or skipping rope and work it out in intervals...
I worked out using Tabata principles(20 sec hard workout n rest for some time, sort of interval training) but changed to my liking
I go hard for 1 min and then rest... this continues for 10-12 minutes(of exercise).
Eat right... Most important...
