i have no problem getting the girls to like me but, how should i approach, What should i say to start the convo going.

Read the bible. If you want something short-term just do this.

You: 'Hey whatsup? - Insert Compliment (you did great in the science debate)'
She: 'Thanks, u did good as well'
<Insert general topics she can relate to, school/sport/>
You: 'Im hanging out at UA tonight, wanna come?'
She: 'Ya, what time?
<Insert arrangments>
She: 'Cool ok'
You: Hey I gotta run, whats your cell?'
She: 'My number is......'
You: 'Alright cya later'
She: 'Bye, see you round'

Though your gonna need more than that to get you through, read over alot of the bible.

Say anything. As long as you approach with some confidence and friendliness you'll be just fine. Open ended questions work well. Ask her about something that she's wearing, or how her day's going.
