How tall are you?

All too often the “How tall are you” question comes up with women, especially with online dating. I’ve tried every which way to handle it. The desire to have a man taller than her is much like her desire to be led. I don't like it, but it is what it is to an extent.

I’m 5’10” and have been blown out a few times because of not being tall enough. But if you are borderline on meeting her magic height requirement and can interject some humor and remain a challenge, your odds of getting her to go out with you improve greatly.

Also, the less she is concerned about height, the more secure she will be with herself. Use this to filter out insecure girls. Girls frequently use the excuse that they want a tall guy because they like to wear heels. That might be true, however the real reason is they feel insecure standing next to a guy shorter than them and they will never tell you this. A girl that doesn’t care about height won’t even bring it up. My exwife was 5’11” and wore 5” heels all the time. She was very confident in herself and never felt insecure because she was taller than me.

Another girl I dated for 5yrs was 5'7" HB8. I lied on my dating profile that I was 5'11". She didn't figure it out until she saw my drivers license months later. For 2yrs she biatched about me not being honest. I just reminded her that her tits were nice, but they were still fake! :)

Here are some recent experiences:

#1. Had a date with a 38yo HB8. One hour before our date, she texts asking how tall I was, and says she needs to know what heels to wear. She is so full of schitt. She was feeling like flaking and looking for a last minute excuse because she suspected I wasn’t tall enough. I reply with “I’m 5’10”, what size are your boobs?” She laughed and said “haha see you at 8”. I’ve got this chic beat in every category there is and she is worried about me being too short? Please, biatch go back to the losers you had before. Went on the date with her and she didn’t want it to end, but she had too much baggage so I didn’t see her again. She tried so hard to get me to kiss her, I refused.

#2. Had a 33yo HB9 on Tinder. On paper we were a perfect match. Liked almost the same things. She messaged me first. She went on and on about having so much in common and couldn’t wait to meet me. Every thing was fine until she asked me how tall I was. So I teased her about being a “height queen” and then asked her how much she weighed! She deleted me within minutes. I was the same height as her. She stated in her profile that "she was 5’10” and REQUIRED a tall guy.”

#3. Had a HB8, same age as me on Tinder that showed high interest. She drops the “how tall are you” question. Here is how it went:

HB8: How tall are you?
Howie: How tall do you hope I am?
HB8: lol at least taller than me.
Howie: Well certainly, isn’t that every woman’s wish? And how tall are you?
HB8: lol dodging the question so I’m going to guess you are 5’7”, maybe 5’9”. I am 5’8”. Close to 6’0” in heels.
Howie: oooh might be a deal breaker……….
Howie: (an hour later) I’m 5’10”.
HB8: whew, ok good.

These bitches filter their pics, put on make up, pad their bra’s, buy fake boobs, wear hair extensions, and all other sorts of tricks to make themselves look better than they actually are yet shoot you down when you don’t meet their magic height requirement. They can keep wondering why they can’t find Mr. Perfect. They’ll be single when they are in their mid 40’s and desperate for the attention they once had.

Don't take it personal. Realize its more a reflection on how insecure they are with themselves. Social media and online dating has afforded these women the ability to get this entitled. I urge more of you to start asking them how big their tits are or how much they weigh when they bring up this question! Who cares what they think. No need to take them seriously.

Interested why you don't just state your height when they ask.

FYI, I lie about my age being 5-7 years younger, and should I continue on OLD, that gap will become greater. OLD is a different game than IRL. Stats matter. I "play" to waste the least amount of time for what I am looking for. Time is of value to me, not the truth, especially as their "truth" is contrived by costume.

Some young girls have it in their head, I can't be with a guy any older than ______. It is completely arbitrary and always a different number. They will disqualify you before they know you for that number. But if they find out later, they won't care. That doesn't make much sense, at least to men because we care more about being lied to. Women kind of expect it, at least about small things like that.

Well this was a suprise comming from a guy with the name "guru" and a guy who quotes wisdom so much.
I dont get it. Why lie?
Why not just own what you have?
I was hoping for this counter.

Because it serves my OLD routine better and saves me time. IRL I state my age correctly, as it matters not.

5’11. If I stretch a lot, or when I just wake up, I’m almost if not 6’0. I walk with great posture so small girls say I’m a giant. I get very mixed opinions from people. Some people say I look like I’m 15, others think I’m 22 lol. Some say I’m small af, others say I’m huge. There’s in between too, but I get such mixed responses from people I don’t quite know what to think, but then again I never really do think either lol.

Also, you are automatically removed from their search results, which means most girls between 21-33 yo won't even see your profile.

Smh. The hypocrisy of a lot of women. Ask them about their age and they'll refuse. Ask them about their weight and they'll get offended. Ask them about their bra size and they'll call you a pig. When it comes to men's height (something that you can't control), they expect an answer and are quick to judge you.

First off, 5 ft 10 isn't even short. If you're 5 ft 10, you have nothing to complain about. If a woman rejects you simply for being only a couple inches under 6 ft tall, then there's a problem with her.

This is one of the reasons I don't like using Tinder because i'm a short guy. (shorter than most people here) and I heard that online dating is tough for short guys in general.

Facebook is cool because there is really nothing to hide. You both have unflattering pics from weird angles up there and if you do it right so its a lot more like an IRL approach, and you are speaking to each other on the basis of common interests or mutual acquaintances. Facebook is actually even better than social circle game for me.
Facebook/messenger is where it's at online.

I actually don't think I'm considered short to women IRL because I'm so muscular. Online, different
Understood. A 5’8” muscular or even stocky guy will easily trump a 5’10” average build guy. The extra two inches doesn’t count for much there.

Online, it can become much more binary for women. Is he >6ft or <6ft?

True I see all these 5’6 guys cleaning up with tall hot women at clubs while the tall guys stand around.

Honestly I’d love to be 5’9 and I am 6’1. Yes I want to be SHORTER. If I were 5’9 it would be easier for me to build biceps. I’ve been working out for 16 years and I have toothpick arms.

You gotta go heavy to build new muscle fibers.
Warmup sets then 3or4 sets x5 reps heavy as you can for all exercises. That will bulk you a bit.
I would never want to be shorter tho.
I graduated at 185, was 178 through college and now last few years in late 30s the body builds denser muscle. You will get there but it takes hard work.

FYI, accordingly to the many stories I've been told, 80% of men lie about their height online. So it is already assumed, that your height is overstated by a few inches.

Accordingly, the 5'10 guy is really 5'7 or 5'8, and the 6'0 guy is 5'10 or 5'9. Consider the market you are competing against.

Because everyone knows how rediculous those standards are
