how should I act around managers that I hate?

At work I seriously hate most of my managers there diicks. I am the guy that can make anyone laugh some people say im like an instant friend. but to these managers they dont like me. and I dont like them, I dont give a shiit truthfully. anyways I am around them sometimes. so im wondering how should I act around them? what do you guys think?

They are in a place to easily make your life miserable moreso than you can make theirs. Do whatever you need to do to stay employed or move on if it's more important for you to get along with everyone that you work with.

You are the social guy, older manager frawn upon that especially if they see you making friends and goof around rather then doing your job. If you hate most of your managers then there is either something wrong with this job, something is wrong with all the managers or something is wrong with you?! I think you can pretty much check of every catagory.

Act towards them in a positive way and treat them with respect. Managers are people too and they tend to mirror other's behaviour. If you make them feel good by working hard and being positive towards them, they will also treat you the same. If this doesn't work and they are just d1cks and this job ain't worth it then quit.

Whenever you come across managers whom you find distasteful, at least try to understand where they are coming from. Rather than wonder how you should behave around them, make a learning experience out of it. Take their objections and criticisms to heart, think about them, and maybe become a better employee and perhaps even a better person. They might be wrong but they might be right.
