How often to talk to girl from college over summer?

I had a quick question about what people here would recommend in terms of how often to talk to a girl I know from college. We live about 4 hours apart so we won't see each other this summer. We were friends all this year and she got drunk on several occasions and admitted to liking me a lot. We've madeout a little and she has made her interest known. This is a girl I would date. However, she had a bf this year but towards the end of the year if someone would ask her about him in front of me she would say "he's an *******" and that they "aren't really together anymore."

So, now I am just wondering what to do over summer to try to keep her interest level up as much as possible, even though this may be hard to do given the distance. I am thinking less contact is my best option right now. What do you guys think?

There isn't much you can do. If you are not able to present the girl with your presence, it's pretty much out of your hands. Your best bet is to focus on other girls, and better yourself all summer so that you'll be ready for her in the fall.

You can send her the occasional flirtatious text, but only once every few weeks at the most.

Be sure to pounce quickly once the summer is over...

Alright that's what I thought. I'm just going to improve myself in all the ways I can this summer so that she won't be able to say no in the fall!

Good idea, but your reason for doing so is not good. Especially if she's a oneitis. Improve yourself for YOU, don't do it for a certain girl. Or do it for girls in general. Do it for the ladies. Hell, do it for the starving children in Africa, just don't do it for ONE GIRL.

Also don't go saving yourself for this girl. Keep looking around, meet some hotties everywhere. If you think she's saving herself for you, you're wrong. I guarantee she's got multiple guys texting her everyday trying to fvck her. And guess what, she probably will be fvcking some of these guys.

So text her here and there I guess if you aren't going to see her. Better yet don't text her at all. If you "happen" to "run into her" sometime next year, then you can unleash your game. At this point, I guess she lives too far so nothing is going to happen anyway.
