Server space will normally run you about $10 for a nice big site. You can probably get away with anywhere from $1-$5 and still manage a site. A server will normally register a site name for you too... meaning
yourname.whatever for example you could go with sosuave.net... oh...nvm thats taken
Im me for more info... If you just want a forum like this you can get them fro free but they have an add on them, which is no big deal if your not plannign on a huge site or somehting... anyway contact me and I'll tell you specs to your situation as to the furthest of my knowledge.
