Drink alot of water before bed and in the morning too. I personally drink about two liters before bed and first thing in the morning. I noticed it really help with my energy levels throughout the day. Try it out for a few days and see how it affects you :)

i heard some lady died of hydrogen poisoning from drinking too much water.

how much would that have to be?

cause i tried drinking 3 water bottles in one go, and i got really sick after.
it was a speed drinking contest.... so maybe i drank too fast?

you drank too fast, you'd have to drink a hell of a lot of water to die from it (several gallons in a short time)
