Try this one on for size.It may be tough but if you can do it every single day for two weeks straight, you'll be pretty happy with the results in the mirror (especially if you have low bodyfat) .Just as long as you do it religiously, i usually do it right when i wake up in the morning when i am on this program..works great!
try this for a week or so..you're young,it'll give you the results you like, which is Vanity muscles. In other words, you'll like what you see in the mirror. You have low bodyfat..even better. Some may dispute it's effectiveness but i doudt they have even tried such a workout,i have done and always do this exact one to whip myself into a ripped state real quick, though i add pull/chin ups.
Buy a deck of cards, lay out each book (cloves, hearts, diamonds etc.) in order from 10-2 add the cards,Aces,Kings,Jacks, queens starting after the card 6.Insert the jokers between books 1-2 and 3-4.Those special cards are worth 10 push ups,for advanced sets -do both numbers on the card,10/10,9/9 etc.
That's about 400 straight,800 double.Takes me about 40 minutes to complete the whole deck.
Lay the deck in front of you,get in the push up position, flip the card, says 10,do 10,then 9,then 8 and so forth.Continue til the entire deck is finished. You can do regular push ups, diamond, foot elevated.Rest only enough to regain strength, but instead of just sitting there,do crunches/leg lifts while resting, then continue. This is the same trick guys in prison use to get ripped when having to spend 24 hours in lock down, i had a friend that picked up this trick while being locked up and institutionalized for two years. He was ridiculisly shredded when he got out.I read Hershel Walker did something similar as well in his youth,up to his pro football days.
You can start with doing it every other day to everyday.
Just make sure to eat something really sweet afterwards to up your glycogen ,and hour or so later eat some easy digesting protein and you're set.
Just make sure to eat enough overall and you're good to go,your still young ,i would'nt go too overboard on bodybuilding just yet.
