Hey guys,

I should be sitting here over joyed that I saw the Rolling Stones london gig tonight....

Instead I feel like a possible count down to armageddon.....

The trouble

1) Woman who im seeing, who I care for deeply, and whom I get on with great has missed for a week....states that shes sure shes preggo, tiits hurt and all that... I desperately want a kid..... but she is 42 and used to be (up til a month ago) a hardcore party gil :woo: Ahhhh

Completely anxious about the fact she is 42 and im near 40 ahhhhhhh worried massively about down syndrome and other birth defects...was planning on meeting a young chick.....all others i been with for the last 20 years have been a minimum of 5 years younger!!!!!

Plus I still dont know if im fully over BPD ex - over a year Straight NC, she still pops into my head alot as we live in the same town...but im total ghost.

BOS, your wisest words PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't trip too hard my friend, I can't even count all the times that girls I was messing with pulled this same thing, only for it to be nothing. Has she had stress in some area of her life lately? That can delay the monthly flow. Has she taken a test yet?

Dear Tony,
Yes I can help you,I fathered one child at 45 when the Mother was 32,then the next at 47 Mother then 34....No real Worries They have grown into Beautiful Specimens with great Brains....The worry is not SO much YOU but her,I wouldn't even consider it unless she was willing to be tested and prepared to abort a defective Child, perhaps cruel but that's my thoughts!

Careful about discarding crimsons. They may grow up one day and tell Xerxes about the goat path.

At her age, you should hope that her overripe egg that got fertilized was not afflicted with nondisjunction.

You must be joking.

1. Menopausal women have irregular periods. Skipping an entire bleed isn't all that unusual even for young women. Don't sweat it.

2. The tits don't start hurting at "Week 5" of Gestational Age. Three weeks after conception, she might spot a little, might show a little acne, might blush more than usual, but tits hurting doesn't start for another month. Nausea / vomiting (morning sickness) is the standard first symptom.

3. Men are much better at noticing pregnancy symptoms than women. Fathers of teenage girls are especially sharp-eyed.

4. Those 99-cent pee tests are practically useless. Don't let her flim-flam you with those.

5. Even if she is pregnant, at her age, chances are poor of carrying the baby to viability (about 5 months nowadays). So you don't have to be "against" the pregnancy.

6. Women of that age are snapping into hate-men mode every few hours. When she does, you can easily bait her to consider abortion with lines like "well if you're gonna be like that, I didn't want to say it, but I don't think it's my kid so I'm not gonna support it yadda yadda yadda."
