How many female friends do you have and are they important?

Just a quick question about approximately how many female friends that you have and how important you think they are? I don't really have any right now, which sucks because I have to end up going out with the guys all the time. I would think it'd be nice to hang out with the guys, but have some girls to call up when we want to hit up the spots.

I've got two that I will actually go hang out with. I'm working on developing some more. Half the reason I want a girlfriend is just so I can go places with her that I don't want to go with male friends. Having female friends that are down takes a lot of the pressure off.

I have female friends, but they are the kind that never really want to just hang out. There's something about girls and their desire to hang around other girls more than to hang around guys. They seem to prefer watching guys from a distance while indulging in their own little fantasies.

I think that hanging out with girls is never really that interesting unless you have a lot in common, but even then, it's difficult because you're usually attracted to them at the same time you're trying to be "friends" with them, so in the end, it's just sort of like an informal date.

I have one or two that I can hang out with. In my frat we have little sisters though, so I'm constantly surrounded by girls.

Now the problem is getting away from the little sisters. You've never known true pain until you've had to sit in a room with 6 or more whiny drunk chicks, all trying to get you to wait on them hand and foot.

I have lots of female friends, and they like me because I know all the good parties and clubs, and I know lots of guys around the city. So they come out with me and I introduce them to people I know, and inevitable the bring a good looking friend or two for me.

I find that women are petty and evil, so when I'm at a table of girls I often see other chicks in the clubs looking at me, so I go out of my way to bump into them later and get some numbers. I think their reasoning is "That guy's with 3 girls, so he must be good".

I have two good, solid female friends and more on the way. There being nothing wrong with I being friends with women, and quite benefitial, I am on the female friend bandwagon. The benefits:

• Good company
• Social proof
• Networking
• They fall for me

I used to "Next!" women, now I just turn them into friends. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

I go out with female friends(2 or more and always sit in between them)whenever I can because they give you kickass social proof and when I go to the bar or whatever I always get a comment like what do you do or have to be surrounded by females.
Once a 10 started talking to me out of the blue and 10 mins into the convo I sort of asked why she talked to me and she said "I dont want to sound rude but your overweight and surrounded by women so you must be something special."
So fellow Don Juaners go make as many female friends as possible and go out on the town.
BTW alot of guys will find it a little bit hard to get on the them but if you grew up in a female family like I did its really easy.

Definitely agree about social proof, it's huge. That's why I make friends with girls who have BFs, as well as ones that don't, because it increases your attractive forces like 10 fold.

For those of you who don't feel you're that good looking, this is a great tactic. Women are attracted to men that other women find attractive, even if they're not totally attractive. Hope that made sense.

Yep, I have had 2 female friends in the past but hadn't had one for some time now, at least since High School ended. But earlier tonight I just switched a girl I was about to Next into a friend, in fact we had a rather interesting discussion about the mindsets of men and women in relationships dating etc. I was going to next this girl, but she keeps wanting to see me so now she's a friend. Hey there are plenty of benefits here, I learned some cool stuff about her mindset, she's social proof, she has dozens of female friends I could possibly hook up with. Although she kept making small comments in there when she was talking about past relationships with guys, then adding "this was a long time ago so don't worry". Worry about what? lol. Maybe she still has a little something for me, but she is a bit of a flake when dating, so friend is all she is gonna be for now

I used to have a few, but I seem to have misplaced them. Oh right, most of them are ****ing psychos. I knew there was a reason I stopped talking to them.
