How is Viagara suppose to work? please read LONG

Okay. I took my very first generic Viagara pill this afternoon and not much happened. Is this really suppose to be a miracle pill!?!?!!?

It was a 100 milligram pill. Package says manufactured in 2006, expires 2010.

Here is what I did. About an hour after waking up they came in the mail. I took one and did some light work around the house. My thoughts were not on sex. About 10 - 15 minutes later my eyes feel warm, I still have a slight caffeine-type buzz. My crotch got a sensation and kind of spongy d*ck. Not hard but thick feeling. Nothing happened with my shaft but it did "fill" a little. No stiff hard on.

I have not that much trouble getting hard with my woman but I was expecting more with these pills.

Do I need to be aroused when I take one in order for it to work?

Or are they suppose to work on their own when my mind is not on sex and just out for a walk?

Maybe I should break down and head to a t*tty bar to relax and "break" the pills in?

you need exposure to naked women for the pill to work. By taking the pill alone won't work. Viagra is effective within the first hour of ingestion.

If you have high blood pressure, viagra will cause your d*ck to go numb thus losing all sensation.

Levitra has a longer period of effect compare to Viagra but it won't have a high peak of sensation like viagra.

For the pill to work the best, take it on empty or near empty stomach, do not eat big meals prior popping it.

Also you need sexual thoughts and stimulations for you to get hard and make Viagra work, you will not get hard by popping Viagra and then playing games on your PC.

I have found a medication that is similar to Viagra - the alpha blockers like Doxazosin or Terazosin (better). I take these to loosen up the glands of the prostate, and with all that loose fluid, it sympathetically gets me aroused (or at least more easily aroused.) Ejaculations are stronger too.

One thing to keep in mind (and this would probably hold true for Viagra as well) is that it could make you a bit woozy as it does lower blood pressure. Also, I find that while taking the medication, my tolerance for alcohol is reduced (i.e., not right after taking the medication while the effects are most acute.) If you hadn't used them before, I recomend you cut it in 4's or even 8's (25mg or 12.5 mg), and take a much smaller dose, as it will get similar or even better effect than "over loading" on the 100mg dose. If you've never used it, the full 100mg dose is too much and it might actually be counterproductive, and a waste, a long with giving you a head rush, headache, and caffeine like jitters.

When I've used it, I am down to taking like 12.5 mg (cut it in 1/8 of the 100mg pill portions), and get a great effect, about 40 mins later, without getting the headaches and stuffed nose I would when ingesting the full dose.

Yes, as stated in above posts, it will work only when you get aroused, it will last a couple of hours, and works better on empty stomach, or with limited food consumption, otherwise it takes longer to kick in, and you might need a bigger dose.

I started taking L-Tyrosine for mood enhancement, and began to notice that I was getting morning wood EVERY DAY, and that hasn't happened in many years. It also brought on more sensation.
