Sup, i got a question. How do some people not gain a lot fat, but gain a lot of muscle? I have some friends who are big/buff and they still have their six pack. I asked them if they "clean bulked", and they were like "wtf is that". They just told me they eat, more than is necessary of course, and lift weights. They said they don't do any cardio except, if they are doing a sport or something. Can this be just genetics or what?
