Suppose any of you guys happened to start dating a woman whom you seemed to be getting along with so well-she seems to feel as attracted to you as you are to her, the chemistry is intense, you feel special in her presence but there's just one rather somewhat wide physical difference between you both in terms of height: you're tall and she's really, really, really short compared to you. Such is the case with the woman I just met and who I talked about in my previous post. I'm just slightly over 6'0 in terms of height while she's much shorter than I am...not even close to 5'9. But then again, you could get a tall woman who's unbelievably arrogant and whose personality doesn't match with yours. What do you guys thing? For me personally, height hasn't ever really been much of an obstacle but the difference in height between me and this particular woman is quite wide.

I guess that depends on the woman in question. There are some small girls that are really hot. But i like it when they have great shape - bigger boobs is a huge plus - and short girls tend to have smaller ones (in proportionality to their body mass of course).

I had a feeling that this thread would be about girls being tall enough, and sure enough that's the case. I find it interesting that men find tall women attractive, because I am just the opposite. I am really attracted to short women (maybe 5'2" to 5'6"). Of course they have to stay fit too. There's something about them that just oozes femininity.
Height isn't a dealbreaker for me, but the shorter girls are the ones that are real turn ons. I imagine that this is the origin of the slang word "shawty" - it refers to the fact that women are generally shorter than men. It's almost like a neg in itself, if you think about it, since it refers to the inherent physical stature and inferiorty of women.

Yeah I like tall chicks too, and if she's muscley with short hair that's a bonus. Helps if she has a good career. I also dig ink on a chick cause a woman's body on it's own is NOT enough of a work of art for me.....extra points if she also has a c0ck and two balls.

for LTR height is a deal breaker, I am tall so I want my kids (especially sons ) to be tall , I turned down many good women for LTR just because of their height . I cant stand to have short sons.
for STR tall are more compatible with me , but shorts are not that bad too if they are beautiful.

I'm around 6 feet tall and prefer woman no taller than 5'7". Preferably around 5'5" or so. Don't really like them when they weigh more than 120-125 either. 5'5" and 115 is perfect. I just like smaller, petite girls.

1. I don't like really tall or really short.
2. Like Scaramouche says, her height matters for dancing. If she's too tall, if I don't reach high enough, I can risk "clothes-lining" her with my arm during underarm turns (in many dances), the bridge in Hustle, etc. lol.
But generally, I worry more about her judging MY height at 5'10" than me worrying about hers.

I am incredibly picky. Women over 5 5 don't seem feminine. Bigger hands and feet turn me off, as do legs as long as my own. I am 6 1, but I like embracing a woman up to my chest, with heels it's perfect. On her, obviously!

Yeah, I think that guys liking shorter women would be the mirror image of women liking tall men. That's why I find it surprising that so many men like tall women. I don't really understand the appeal.Fruitbat said:

I haven't found short women too appealing until I left basic training. My current LTR is 4'11.5". I'm 5'11" and it's been a very good relationship thus far. I dare say my best yet. The differences are mainly in height, that's it.
Your various responses are very interesting. But I thought that in general, children tend to mainly take the genes of their fathers...meaning therefore that if a man his tall and his woman very short, there's still a greater probability for him to have tall children rather than short ones?

I like women who are shorter as well. I think they generally have nicer bodies than taller women. I've also never been a fan of long legs. I keep hearing that 5hit in songs about a guy who likes a girl with long legs. I don't get it. Long legs usually means short torso. I think it looks awkward.

However, I felt like a perv, like I was going out with a young girl in elementary school because she was too short. She's 29 y/o when I dated her. Took her seriously but dumped her because of her past. She had Turner's syndrome which means she can't have kids.
