This is something I've always been a little confused about. I gather that muscle growth is essentially down to protein intake, but if that's so do you really need extra calories when bulking? And if so, why is that?
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
your body needs calories for everything you do, even sleeping (several processes occur into your body even at night). where are these calories taken from? carbs, fats and PROTEINS... that's why you need to take in as many calories as you can, in order not to use all the proteins in your body as a source of calories (thus, not as for what you mean them to be used for)Originally posted by Jariel
