How I learnt to deal with Panic Disorder

Hey everyone. I’m Jeff Mart, I was formerly a really severe Panic attack sufferer as recently as last year and I am thankfully slowly but surely getting back to my normal self again. Don’t get me wrong I still have the odd “rough day” from time to time, but the majority of the time I am fine.

Become mindful and focus on your breathing patterns. Focus on the inhalation and exhalation of the breath through your nostrils.
