Americans are the fattest in the nation, Canada isn't too far behind I lived an unhealthy life style because of stress I was "obese" by health Canada's standards, changed my life around regained my health, no way will I ever repeat the past. Its easy to get fvcking fat its fvcking hard to get rid of it, trust me it doesn't come off easy, takes will power to lose weight and keep it off.

Americans are fat thou, I worked were we seen a lot of tourist, I can safely say the tourist from south of the boarder were way over weight.
