How exactly does one move through multiple girls?

There seems to be a major dilemma:
Once you lay a girl, do you dump her and move on to new conquests, or keep her but stay on the prowl?
If the former, you tend to get a "user" reputation and the girl will spread it around that you're no good, that you're a bastard who'll only "lay and leave" girls. If the latter, it's "cheating" which is equally stigmatised. Especially in tight communities like Universities, reputations tend to spread and stick. Before you know it, every girl's avoiding you. Not that I give a stool what others want to think about me, but if it threatens to vastly cut my future success with women, it can't be ignored.

you have to let these women know from the get go that you don't want a relationship so if they chose to sleep with you they can never say that you "used" them because you keep it real with them from the beginning.

also its not considered "cheating" because you aren't in a committed relationship with them.

That's the thing though, it seems like most women won't go as far as sex unless you're in a committed relationship with them.

Not true, you just gotta give off the vibe that you two are just having fun. If necessary, casually mention how you're not really 'looking' but open to anything that may happen. That way, you offer a glimmer of hope and can still go back and remind her that you said you weren't looking for anything serious.

Unless you regret the lay why would you throw out a perfectly useful plate

A myriad of reason: She's a irratating, she lives too far that you don't really feel like picking her up, she's too clingy which is messing you up with other girls, she is surrounded by drama. Sometimes, a girl may be nice for a lay, but keeping them around is more trouble than it's worth. (Sounds harsh, but the world is harsh kid)
