Is there something that you do well? Focus on that. If there isn't, then Switch's four basics are a good start, especially numbers 1 and 4.

People talk about abundance, which is definitely part of it. The more women you have in your rotation, the less precious each becomes.

But the other side of abundance and experience is simply that you trust the process not the result. A good freethrow shooter in the NBA doesn't panic for several reasons:

1. He's been there many times before and has made way more shots that he's missed. He got good by practicing far more than Shaq and D12 do.

2. He privileges his mechanics over everything else (trash talk, fan chatter, important moment in the game). He just goes through his routine and shoots.

When you're new at this, you're not confident in your abilities at all. Once you get used to the mechanics of attracting a whole bunch of women and knowing that you can reproduce those results again and again, you'll have confidence.

The easiest solution to her rudeness (real or imaginary) is to do nothing. If she says something you don't like, or even if it might have been sort of rude, you don't reply. Wait her out. It's usually the next day. Or 2 hours later. If it takes 3 weeks you wait. She will write back. When she does, never mention the incident. If she apologizes, accept her apology and never mention it again. If she doesn't reply, her interest level was too low for it to matter.

This process trains them to only do things you like, the way you train a cat or dog. Reward good behavior, do not respond to bad behavior.

I learn to embrace pure logic. It is not logical to be affected by the emotions of a woman. I draw state from within. I am enough, I do not need a woman to complete me.

Once you reject the idea that you need a woman to feel happy you will find it easier to be less outcome dependent on your interactions with women, which will translate to a more positive response from them.

If you want to quit, then do it, maybe that’s what you really need right now.

Become happy by yourself. Once you attain independent happiness in solitude, you will come across as less needy and this will be more attractive to women
