If you immediatley take the eggs off of the stove, drain them, and then run cold water over them for a few minutes they will become infintiley easier to peel. The shell will just slide right off.
Also make cooking them a science. Always let your water boil before you ad the eggs. Then take note of the size of the pot and the amount of eggs you add. Use a timer to time, starting as soon as the eggs are added. When the time is up run them in cold water.
Keep experimenting with time until you get a perfect egg. I do 9 minutes on boil, then set for 2 minutes then rinse.
It'll vary depending on your stove, altitude, and preference.
A properly boiled egg is easy to pill and delicous.
