It's actually have never been proven that women can squirt. There have been multiple research done where fluid was analyzed. Multiple research studies concluded that the fluid that comes out during squirting has the exact same content as urine.El Payaso said:

It's almost pee, but not quite. It's the fluid that is held for urination, but when peeing it goes out a different route and is mixed with more bodily wastes.
It's a mental thing for the woman. It feels like she has to pee when orgasming, and then she just has to relax and let go.
