There is a perception, a belief that what you are GETTING is worth more than you are GIVING.

I've dropped tons of cash on dates, but only because I knew the woman well enough so I knew I would have an experience (all things considered) that was worth the money.

People that spend tons of money on first dates see it the same way. The CHANCE they'll have a good time (all things considered) are worth the money.

Of course, many women are good at creating an artificial overestimate of that chance. (read the lyrics to Gaga's "Poker Face")

Every dude is different, every dude has different reasons, hopes, expectations, experiences, etc. Personally I've learned from experience that even a dinner at a mid range restaurant is too much for a first date.

Here's where it gets messy. I think man's instinct is to take care of a woman but only because she bears his children. By protecting her, he is able to protect his offspring and ensure their survival. Yet in modern day society, the women for whom men spend money are not bearing his children and are not likely to in the future. And still, men, by instinct, continue to pay.

Should men re-evaluate their approach to attracting a woman that fits their individual needs?

Let's say men who just want sex should only sleep with women who will have sex without requiring men to transfer any of his wealth? If all men do this, then women will be forced to comply and accept some moral responsibility to stop taking advantage of man's generosity. This will stop a huge, unnecessary transfer of wealth from men to women. For men who eventually have children, think of the cumulative loss of their wealth over a given time. That is wealth they are now unable to provide to their children and mother because he squandered it on women who did not bear his children. The wealth these other women accumulated from such men are in effect potentially used to support another man's child!

Let's also say that men who want children should prove to women that they have the means to provide but are also smart enough not to squander his money on only potential mates? This should be an additional attractive attribute of a male. A smart, moral woman will recognize the man's ability to think long-term and negotiate accordingly.

It's all about balance, as you get older and over the age of 25, most women prefer a guy with his shyt together to be able to pay for a date. I say most women....because if you read my Anger Thread, there's a lot of women out here who LOVE taking care of, taking out, and caring for thugs, bums and losers.

You might say, "Hey, if the thug/bum/loser gets treated and gets her money, maybe I should become HIM so I can pimp her too, right?" Well, if that's what floats your boat, me personally I have too much damn morality and too much damn self-respect.

Suppose she sweet talks you into another $30 for gas for the month and that nice $40 shirt she wanted. You also let her slip in some $15 makeup and $2 coke at the department store trip you squeezed in on the weekend while she was with you. Now you're at $215 for the month. She's also managed to save $20 in gas from and $100 of depreciation on her car from riding with you all day. It hasn't cost you anything really, but saved her a lot.

Let's say you do this for 15 years and marry someone in your late 30s. A total cost of $38,700 to date. But, had you invested that $215 every month at a moderately low return of 5% annual return, you'd have $57,500!

Now apply this to the masses. Let's say 30% of men follow this pattern and just say that's 30 million men in the U.S. That's $1.725 trillion transferred from men to women over a 15 year period, and no families were created from it! Well, I guess some men may have had a whoops moment and created some children they're paying for now and have a less than ideal relationship with.

The only way I could say this works out is if you manage to marry a woman who has accumulated wealth equal to what you gave up in your pursuit of finding a vagina to dip your stick into.

Lol I can stop you right there. I don't do that. I have a budget that I follow in relation to what I spend in relation to dates and women, that's no more than $150 - $175 a month and MOST months I DO NOT hit this budget number.

I focus on doing things that are relatively cheap for the majority of the time spent.

There's going to be some sort of monthly investment that you will have to make in relation to dating, if you are going to want to date someone that's a relative 6/7 plus. Again, unless you want to become a thug/bum/loser and USE women for free dates, money, etc. I just don't have the immorality to do it, but hell, that might change going forward. Why should I budget $175 a month for dates when THUGS, bums and losers get treated for free? Fvck that lol.

All you have to do is establish boundaries:

- Pay for 70% of the dates, she pays for 30%

- Try not to do paid dates all of the time, most of the time you guys should just be kicking it, playing cards and drinking at home

- If this isn't a girl you want to do a legal tie-in relationship with, then don't move her in, don't get her pregnant and don't get married. If you want to do a legal tie-in relationship, then establish RULES going forward. Such as who pays for what, how expenses are split, etc. If at anytime she breaks these rules, get the hell out of the relationship.

You only live once though. Chyna is dead at 46 and Prince is dead at 57, even though Prince looked like he was 38! Go out here and chase your dream......make money......try to make some section of the world a better place....then go HAVE FUN.
