I've been bulking for the past 4 or so months and I've been thinking of cutting down a little for the summer. I'm doing a natural bodybuilding show with a couple buddies NEXT YEAR around this time. My stats at 20 are 6'0, 195 lbs with an estimate of 13ish% bf. I'm thinking that the best way to go in all honesty is just to cut down 10 lbs for the summer so that I don't lose too much muscle. Or should I just continue bulking? or just maintain my current weight? The cut would have to occur within the next 2 months as I'm going to Europe to visit family in 2 months time. This is where my other problem lies.

Like the first issue, I don't think this is a big deal but I've been going to the gym consistently for years and when I go to Europe for 18 days, my access will be limited. Like 1-2 days a week. Might to body weight stuff on the days that I'm not able to go. Is there a chance that I'll lose muscle? probably a little strength but I doubt muscle if I eat well.

Lastly, how do you guys cut? I'd like to see if there's a better alternative to how I do it. my eating is on point, no fast food almost ever, both when cutting and bulking (Although I tend to eat sweets after meals but sugar is still limited to 30g max daily). 4000 calories daily, 200+g Protein. Therefore, I was thinking of doing some extended cardio/jumping rope post-workout. What do you guys do?

Although I'm pretty knowledgeable on this stuff, I love to hear other people's take on it and hopefully learn something new.

Pics (again, 6'0 195 lbs 13ish% bf estimate):

Since you've been bulking for 4 months a minicut couldn't hurt. You can cut for 1-2 months while keeping your protein intake at 1 gram per pound or more and keeping a calorie deficit of 500 calories. I would then consider any workout and cardio you do as a bonus deficit. Are you planning to go to maintenance calories while your gym access is limited or will you go back to bulking?

Been doing the stairmaster moderate to high intensity, I'll try the 500 calorie deficit.

There's no way I'm going to bulk while I'm in Europe lol. Want to maintain it. Probably going to go down to 3000 calories daily with the same protein intake. I eat my meals with almost no carbs regardless if I bulk or cut so I can't let the fatty eastern european food tempt me lol.

I appreciate the response.
