Talking from experience,
1. There is no way that this can be planned, it has to be entirely 'in the moment'.
2. Ussually helps if the girls are sluts and they are friends, this way they are willing to experiment.
3. It is important that you have no emotional connection with either one of them, they are not likely to want to share you.
4. Make them both incredibly horny and make sure your the only outlet they have to show it
5. Isolation, isolation, isolation, ussually happens at a party and the 3 of you all go back to someones house.

well....i'm kinda seeing one girl that is really cool and doesnt seem to mind that i have been messing around with other girls...but she is emotionally attached...i dont think this would work...but what have i got to lose? your thoughts?

You shouldn't have to 'coax' them...
