How do you close the space between you chest?

how do you? and how can you build your chest at the same time if oyu only have 2 dumb bells at home and no membership to a gym

To answer your first question - You just need to bulk up. Eventually (with a good diet and workout routine) your pecs will develope a plate-look and this "space" will fill in.

And to your second question - Get a membership to a gym; you're not going to get huge with 1 set of dumbells and some push-ups.

Drex what are you saying man, are you talking about literally closing the space or just making it appear that it's closed up.

literally you cannot do anything about it, that's your genetics and that's how you were born.

when Drex says bulking up he meant (i hope) that the bulk you put on your pectorials will make it look like your chest has less of a separation.

and for the second question:
well you can either do dumbell presses or you can do dumbell flies. but if you want bulk then the dumbells better be heavy.

If you want a cheap way to build your chest, load weights into a backpack and do pushups. Or if you're more advanced, dips.
