Re:
Assertiveness.
Take charge.
Subvert the little voice decrying: "Stop don't, it might hurt!"
Be a rock, emotionally.
Testosterone is the balance to her estrogen. When she's out of whack, don't swing that way. Maintaining cool under most circumstances is a much better way to remain.
It comes down to philosophy on life. It will throw millions of curve balls, will you be rattled everytime one comes whizzing by your head?
I should hope not.
Don't be a chicken little. Nothing is the end of the world, because life is infinite and forever. Were this world to end, there's another thereafter.
Let go of control.
Seek solutions.
I met a girl the other night at a volunteer event/fundraiser. Repeatedly she lost her earrings, and at one point lost her purse while drinking. For any woman, losing a purse is tops of anything to lose (next to virginity), so needless to say she was nervous. When a person enters that state, they don't think about where it was left or how to find it, they think about all the what-ifs. About what COULD happen.
I just went around all the tables and all the people and asked if they found a random bag. Then I asked if the random bags lying around were hers. And went under each table. In about 2 minutes we found it and I received a big kiss for it.
If you don't know the answer, you'll find it.
