How do people find the time to date ?

I notice that everyone seem either exhausted, or piss off his work when I walk downtown streets in Toronto. This scene is similar in every city in N. america. everyone faces look grim as they walk to work everyday. It seems like they are walking to their own execution.

How do people find the time to date ?

Is it appropriate to ask a woman out during work hours, if you see her in bookstore?

Maybe they are grim because they have no fun in life? (don't even date).

No matter how many hours you work, how many hours you go to school...if you plan and organize you can find time for anything you may need.

once upon a time there was little to no government assistance. people were more inclined to stay married and work together because it wasn't benificial to seperate.

single parents now claim huge deductions on their taxes, get earned income credit (basically you don't work but IF you didnt have a kid you MIGHT have worked so here is money for nothing)... etc...

people do anything for money, just watch fear factor

People don't find time to date, they make time to date.

If it's important enough to them, they'll stop doing other things in order to free up an hour or two every day to use for dating, because that's really the only way. You can't open a door without closing at least one other door first.

There are 24 hours in a day, and you spend at least 16 of them either working or sleeping, so that leaves you at most 8 hours for having a life. Those remaining 8 hours are probably filled up with things other than dating, so find something you can stand to go without, and re-budget that time for dating.
