how do i set myself apart from other guys?

Theres a girl i might be interested in that just started hanging out with my group of friends in the last 2 months. the thing is im pretty sure 2 of my other guy friends also have a thing for her. i feel like im in a damn race for this girl or something stupid like that. i dont make myself too available to her and im always making ****y funny comments around her. how can i set myself apart from the other guys? theyre constantly texting her and giving her attention so im pretty sure im doing the right thing so far...

Can't avoid competition if you ever want to land a really attractive, desirable girl... and sometimes you even have to contend with competition for 6's and 7's depending on the situation.

Be yourself... be charming... be cool and collected with your sh!t together instead of supplicating constantly like the others (if they're AFCs). Keep teasing/busting on her and have patience... she'll tire of the lame behavior of the others and will be receptive to your advances if you time it right and the attraction is there.
