how do i lengthen my bis

my biceps are big (enough for me) but they look like somebody shoved a baseball into my arem. the only arm workout i do is pushups ( as you can tell from previous posts) and i dont know if it was because of incorrect form or what but i just want to know how to lengthen them a bit.

It would be physiologically impossible to "lengthen" your biceps. You can develop them to their fullest potential but their length is genetically determined as it relates to the point where the bicep muscle inserts. Former Mr Olympia Franco Columbo had very short and peaked biceps and tried very hard to make them longer and fuller by performing countless Preacher Curls. He was not able to change his biceps. Short, peaked biceps look very impressive anyway. Preacher and hammer curls are still very effective bicep movements and will help develop your biceps (and brachiallis) to their full extent.

Sorry bro you cannot lengthen or shape a muscle. Your body is born the way it is. You can just keep working them though if you want them to grow.

this is good, i didnt want to have to start doing some bullshlt i didnt want to do to make my biceps longer. but i would have. cool ill just make them little skyscrapers

Why do so many skinny guys place so much emphasis on biceps? If you want big arms you should build your triceps also; they're much more of your arm.

i have a small frame, and i know what your talking about with the gys wnting their bis bigger. but i dont want mine bigger, just longer. but ill deal i guess, sice that is what i HAVE to do

Yup. Triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arm.

Doing squats releases a lot of anabolic hormones that help put mass all over your body.

The only curls you should be doing should be with a 12-ounce weight, and go from the bar to your mouth.

Wait wait...the reason squats work so well to build over all mass is because this...squat and deadlift are primarily the only two exercises that stimualte the CNS on the whole body, through evolution your body was designed to work as a whole not as doing chest one day, arms the other...this causes an increase in test. levels...well ok enough of that, to lengthen your biceps is impossible, but you can make them appear as they're long...try working the bicep area located near the elbow...um i think pracher curls are very good for this, I can't think of the exercises on the top of my head.

Yes, preachers are the closest thing to lengthening biceps. I was just afraid of the flames that would follow.
