Wait wait...the reason squats work so well to build over all mass is because this...squat and deadlift are primarily the only two exercises that stimualte the CNS on the whole body, through evolution your body was designed to work as a whole not as doing chest one day, arms the other...this causes an increase in test. levels...well ok enough of that, to lengthen your biceps is impossible, but you can make them appear as they're long...try working the bicep area located near the elbow...um i think pracher curls are very good for this, I can't think of the exercises on the top of my head.
