At 155 and 6 feet tall you're a pretty slim dude. Not to rain on your parade but you're not going to be able to put on 40-50 lbs of lean body mass and drop 8-10% body fat in 4 or 5 months. Set some realistic goals, you may not have his body by march but with a good diet and solid routines you could make some serious progress by than.

Steroids, food, weights, and sleep.

But you can't "get" a particular body because bodies are unique and genetically predetermined...that doesn't mean you can't big and muscular, though...I can build a six-pack, but that doesn't mean my six-pack will look exactly like Brad Pitt's.

yeah, the dude looks amazing, but he was suspended for alleged drug issues and in the wrestling business, steroids aren't uncommon at all.

Sorry to shatter your hopes, but getting to look like him with or without steroids is going to take you years of hard work. There are guys on this forum who have been bodybuilding for many years and still haven't achieved anything near his physique (namely, his muscular volume and low bodyfat percentage).

Generally, if you want quick results, forget about it. You're better off saving your energy and avoiding disappointment. BUT if you are willing to put the time and discipline into working out and following a good diet, you will at least be moving in the right direction, and get a lot closer to your goal than you are now.

Shoulder shrugs, bent over rows, dumbbell rows all work the traps.

Randy Orton isn't even THAT big. He's a skinny ****, he's like 6'4" 240lbs. Now Batista, Brock Lesnar, Triple H, that's big, and that will take years of hard work.

If you are dedicated, have a good diet, and train good... then achieving a body like Randy Orton's is achievable within a year. Look at his bicep, it's not that big and anyone can achieve a 6-pack with proper cardio and training.

do kegels... your balls'll contract and push testosterone to your whole body, and you'll turn into a monster. eventually, you become such a freak of nature with so much sex energy that you start to sweat semen out of your armpits. chicks love this stuff.

but i heard training hard and disciplined works also.

To get a body like Randy Orton's naturally will take time and effort. Bigger doesn't always mean better, or longer training. Size and scuplting are 2 very different things.

He's not big by heavyweight standards, but he's an absolute specimen. Despite the fact it's been aided by 'roids, it's still a freakin' impressive thing to look at.

Steroids are a massive problem in professional wrestling. The Randy Orton suspension, the Vince McMahon Steroid Investigation of the late 90's, the death of Eddie Guerrero (among others). It's nasty stuff alright.

go back in time and arrange to be conceived by Randy Orton's parents.. then follow his diet, workout and supplement/drug routine forevermore.

people shouldn't try to get xxx's body or yyy's biceps.. just improve YOURSELF and you'll be much more pleased with the result.

every time I think this board is going to hell, Alex steps in and says something sane... that will have to be repeated again in a half dozen other threads over the next week or two.

Aw c'mon WBA, I can get somebody elses body, if you know what I'm sayin ;) haha

But in all reality, he has a point. Everybody's genetic make up is different than that from their friends, or even their siblings, barring identical twins (as far as I know). Your best bet is to get a routine set up, get your diet in gear, and lift those weights, get rest. It'll take a while, but eventually you'll begin to notice some serious difference. Take pictures every few months to gauge your progress. Take measurements as well.

lol.. thanks for the kind words guys, but I'm not saying anything magical. it's just common sense if you think about it.

Markus Ruhl trained with a guy called Marc Arnold (I think). The name doesn't matter. They were doing exactly the same things in training, exactly the same things in diet, drugs and supplementation, down to the last detail.

Which one of these guys hit the world stage and who is so anonymous I can barely remember his name? They weren't doing anything different to each other, their workouts were IDENTICAL .. so everything else being equal, what seperated them was genetics. Ruhl had world class genetics and his friend didn't, that's the difference.

That's why people trying to look like Randy Orton, Brad Pitt, big Arnie etc are gonna be disappointed if they try to look like them.. it's all very well to have an idol and it's a great motivation, however be realistic: you will never look like them, because you are NOT them. I'm no exception: I always wanted to look just like Arnold. But I realised I never would.

However, if over the next few years, you add 20-50lbs of muscle to your frame and drop 20-50lbs of fat you will be a HELL of a lot more satisfied with yourself, and you'll be like.. "Pfff. Randy who?" You won't WANT to look like them because you'll look GREAT.

The satisfaction you'll glean from putting in the hard work and getting great results for yourself will far outweigh any 'disappointment' that you don't look like your idol. lol.

exactly! and yet common sense is in such short supply around here sometimes that it appears magical... or perhaps magesterial, if you prefer.

No offense, but there are about a thousand threads already here about "how to get big", "how to look like XYZ", etc. Please do a search in the future and read over previous threads before asking questions like this. Thanks.
