I'm in this town temporary for work. I've recently moved in with a housemate I want to sleep with. How I see it, I'm only here for a few months and she's a solid 7 in a country town so why not.
The thing is I keep encountering barriers. Anytime we're in a situation of tension, she flees. I.e. Begin playfighting, if I lean over her or our faces come close or we're sitting together on the couch. Yet she continues to subtly bring up this ex, that ex etc; more than normal as if to increase her social value.
Yet I spend immensely more time with her than your traditional housemate. We actually cook for each other, buy gifts and go to events together. The thing is at these gatherings (I'm assuming cos it's safer) and after a drink or so, IOIs go through the roof and she brags to others about us living together like we're a couple. As a photographer, we did a photoshoot and that day was probably the closest she let her guard down.
So any tips here guys? Or am I just being used as social value?
