How can I get rid of stress?

I know it's a ridiculous title, but that's the way it is.

I clench my teeth until I break another tooth every week, my hair falls out, my weight loss has completely stopped... and most of it is stress related.

But the problem is I don't know what I'm stressed about.

I've reduced masturbation and plan to gradually reduce it to 0 (still 1 a day). They said that could be the cause, but it doesn't seem to be very helpful right now.

I'd advise doing some personal writing and looking for beliefs or goals you have that are in conflict with each other. There's something that is affecting you that you've repressed. Once you've identified the issue, then write a plan to solve it and act it that. The stress won't go away until you have solved whatever problem is plaguing you.

Impossible.

All you can do is improve how you manage it.

Meditation, deep breathing and walks in nature are a good starting point.
