I feel I am very weak for my weight (163-164 lbs). But then again I've never really been into lifting until 2 months ago but still...
Here's what my numbers looked like on my last back day 10/28 I think.
I start with Stiff Leg Deadlifts:
1st set- 95x10
2nd set- 145x10
3rd set- 165x8
4th set- 185x8
5th set- 205x6
Bent over Rows:
1st set- 95x10
2nd set- same
3rd set- 95x6
4th set- 105x5
I really struggle with rows and I'm still focusing on my form to really hit the lats...but those numbers look like crap right?
No point in naming my other numbers, I'm good with those. But the big movements like deads and rows are what I feel are weak.
And here's my bench:
1st set- 165x8 (i think)
then I unload weight each set until I'm done about 4-5 sets
But most of the time I start lower and load weight on each set.
The most I've ever attempted to bench was 170 lbs for like 2-3 reps. I find this disappointing.
Deadlift 1RM should be about 230-240 lbs, the most I've ever attempted was 225 lbs and I did it once but could have done more but I was already done my workout just screwing around with weight.
Well anyway...any comments?
