Ok lets start with breakfast 10 eggswhites, multi, green tea and 4 fishoil caps... 10am protein bar, 1 pm 2 slices of pizza and a large chicken steak stromboli....4 pm protein shake and green bulge creatine, 7pm protein shake, 9 pm ham and cheese omlette very very large bowl of reeses peanut butter ice cream... My stomach is about to explode at this moment... Its been a long ass time since i cheated.
