I home gym trainning 5 days a week, two rest days, and im doing push ups, squats, sit ups and light jogging

285 push ups a day, divided into 95 push ups each time, so three times a day, adding 5 more push ups each time when i feel like it

135 sit ups a day, divided into 45 each time, three times per day also, adding 5 more sit ups each time when i can manage it

i light jog once a day, it's approximately a 1.5 km jog, i know it's not a lot, and im going to incresae the distance soon

is there any other excerises that i should do? my goal is to be overal fit and have some obvious (not big bulging types, just able to be seen) muscles by the end of the summer

thx fellas

That workout, while helping your endurance, will not help your muscle become more visable or look better. You need resistance training for that.

you posted same question in another forum and I answered there as well.

Hundreds of reps of light-tension exercises won't do much for you friend. YOu will have to start doing high-tension exercises like one-armed pushups, handstand pushups, feet elevated pushups, one-legged squats, etc if you want to gain max strength and mass from bodyweight exercises.

save up 150 bucks and get yourself olympic bar and weight set.
