Yo bros, is it possible to train at home such as doing push ups sit ups squats etc and bulge up my muscles without using heavey duty equippments at a gym?

where i live costs quite a lot to go into one and it's quite far away.

yes it is possible,i use possibly the cheapest equipment available that i found lying around my house. i do alot of push ups and sit ups.the only real piece of equipment i have is a curling bar,i do military presses,21s,curling,and a couple of exercises i made my own with it.i also use a walker(yes the pice of equipment that you use to walk) to do dip sets on.

cool, so far im doing 255 push ups a day, three times a day, 85 each time, im adding 5 more to each time when i feel comfortable with the workload

sit ups i do 180, three times, 60 each, also adding 5 more to the number everytime i feel like i can handle it

i also do squat and i run a two mile run everyday

is there a minimum target that i can intensify the excerise to really bulge up my muscles by the end of the summer?

Buy a weights set and be done with it.

You can get an oly bar and 300lbs set of weights and if you ever need more weight you will already be big.

I can do I legged squats, handstand pushups and a multitude of 'hard' bodyweight exercises. They are a very poor way of gaining size, if any, take it from me.

The only other items you may want is a chin up bar that goes in your doorway and perhaps a bench.

Make deadlifts your friend.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

o my god !!!

i hate to tell you this but you're wasting your time
it is scientifically proven that doing an amount more than 15 repetitions per set will not make your muscles any bigger, the only thing u are doing is increasing your local muscular endurance ie. you are NOT going to get bigger muscles

The fact that you are trying to get in shape is great but the cold hard truth is that u will NOT get big muscles simply by doing situps and pushups.

Buy yourself a bench (or make one, its not that hard if u have have a welder and some cheap square metal tubing)
Buy some weight plates 1.5kg, 2.5kg and 5kg to start with...two fives and 4 of each of the others.
Get a bar and two dumbells and you're set!

If this is too expensive then PLEASE do not bother doing what u are doing now! Be creative. find stuff around the place that is heavy enough that u can only lift 10-15 times at first!
Me and a friend began benchpressing (on the floor) bags of wheat!....and when they went we had to resort to fertilizer !.....thats when we made a point to find the money to buy proper equipment !

Get back to me if you want more detail on anything.

your friend muscle man sam! ;)
