Hey guys if you read my journal you'd know my finals are coming in about a week's time. It spans across the whole of November and I really don't want to be potentially injuring myself during this period (much like how I pulled a neck muscle). So gym time will be reduced greatly during this period and I would like to know what are some exercises I can do to mantain my strength at home so I can come back strong in December.
A litte info: Currently on Starting Strength, Dumbbell rack up to 50lbs dumbbells.
