Holidays: 7 days without proper nutrition - Big problem?

So im going to Gran Canaria on 27th August for one week.

Its gonna be a holiday full of women, sand, sea, drink and being lazy all day and night.

Just wondering should i be worried about keeping up the protein intake while on hols or just say fuk it for once and lets enjoy this?

I might try and intake (at most) four meals daily - tuna, steak, chicken, etc.

What you guys reckon?

I had a similar dilemma when i was in sweden last month.

I didnt worry too much about protein, just getting food so i didn't lose weight.

I made sure i had at least 1 big meal a day in the evening which consisted of plenty of meat, found an irish restaurent that did ribs, so had that a few times.

the rest of the time I was eating kebabs to snack on, and for breakfast/brunch I would go buy stuff from the supermarket, noramlly some bread, fruit and half a chicken.

and on top of all the beer

when i came back i was the same weight.

i was ina hostel mind you, so if your ina hotel with self catering you can eat a lot better.

thanks for the reply.

yeah ill be staying in a self catering hotel alright. so should be able to cook up a few meals there.

Recommendation on the drinks:

The drinks themselves don't really cause muscle loss, but the behavior it promotes does. Make sure to eat a good amount and eat while drinking, and have plenty of water. The usual route is getting wasted, vomiting up your drinks and your meal later in the night, and go to be dehydrated and staved for food. Not good.

Other than that, eat some good food, party, and make sure to get your cardio (IE:Sex) in with as many girls as possible :p

oh, 1 other thing.

If like me, your susceptible to any horrible bacteria or bug that is floating around.

when you go on holiday, or even move to a different town for that matter, you are experiences different forms of bacteria, and if your body is weak after 24 partying etc, your defences are down.

A good thing to do is make sure your drinking a lot of fruit juice that is high in vitamins to help protect yourself and keep your immune sytem strong, before you actually coem down with anything.
