Pretty much it's this EAS HMB 300
VS.
SciFit Methoxy 500 EX

Basiclly which gives the best results and which is safest. Price dosent matter. Im only stacking these with Glycergrow and natural protien from food so shouldnt be any kind of compatablity problem. I want muscle mass gain, thats all i'm really concerned with and these 2 products seem to be the best.

NS,

I am pretty sure HMB is a total rip off.
AFAIK, HMB has yet to be proven effective to do anything,. I think there's only one study which was thought to have been compromised that showed eveidence for athletes. One study. I took HMB for several months. I'm talking dilligently, every day and recording and noticing if I gained anything. Total waste of time and money.

Methoyvone may be effective in that it helps protein synthesis above and beyond your normal neural pathways. IIn other words, it makes the body have to put on more muscle. I have tried that too, and did see actual gains.

Now to be honest, I would not really recommend either. The reason being that Methoxy does not hve as extenive research still, and HMB is garbage.
There have been little no positive reaction form the BB community for HMB, and there has been some support for Methoxy.
Meh...

I would go with Muscletech's LEUKIC, or MHP's A-Bomb.
Both have better research, and higher chance of working due to the more obvious capacity that Leucine (one of the BCAAA, that are essential) for massive Leucine supplementation. Leucine by itself is effective, but the redesigned leucine concoction in the above products are more effective, at least when I was using them, I saw GAINS. Real GAINS.
Good luck.

I'd say forget both of them. HMB was touted years ago by EAS and got huge but then fell off the face of the earth as has Methoxy products and even Exdysterone products.

Many are trying to make a comeback but it will all depend on WHAT the research shows.

I'd say your best bet is to try something else. Take a look at other Controlled Labs products since you are already taking Glycergrow You can look at the Purple WRAATH if you want and try it. The nice thing about it, is it has 90 servings I think, and you can get it for under $55

If that is too much and you dont want the aminos, check out the second list of ingredients on the panel and stack some of those. The thing is you'll have to buy all of them separately and make your own ****tail.

But for $49.99 on some sites and at the 90serv you may just go with the product and get it all, even the extra aminos.

Gaspari makes a similar product, but I think IMO there are too many ingredients in there, and there is a point to where you can have just too much in one product.
