Hi. I've got a question about anal sex that kinda troubles me. Heard it's one of the easiest ways by which HIV's transmitted during sexual intercourse. I recently met a woman of really awesome physical build with an unbelievable big ass. I'd love to engage in anal sex with her and was wondering if using a condom while engaging in anal sex is effective in terms of preventing HIV/AIDS transmission? I've never before used a condom to engage in anal sex and as a matter of fact this will be my first time. I've read many times that aside from anal sex being the riskiest sexual position with regards to HIV and AIDS, there's always a 90% chance of the condom getting ruptured and breaking during the process. Can someone with some helpful info on this stuff enlighten me on this?

Dude you signed up to ask this?

Surely a google search will tell you.

Yes you can attain it during anal sex quicker than vaginal sex - That doesn't mean you won't transmit it during vaginal sex. If she is a carier, it's a chance you'll get it anyway of penetration.

Re:

So what's the safest solution then, if one's really feeling the urge and desire to do anal sex with a woman of such an attractive physical build?

If you're really worried, the safest thing would be to have her get tested before you **** her.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Might be common sense but remember to change rubbers when you are done with anal sex and move back to vaginal...she can get infected from the condom as well as you could if you go down on her without changing condom before you go back to vaginal intercourse.

Make sure you use a WATER-BASED lube. They are safe with condoms.
Also use Extra Safe condoms, they are thicker and less likely to break and tend to be the ones used for anal.

What makes you think she's got HIV?
I think, or at least I think here, it's illegal for someone to have unprotected sex if they know they have HIV or AIDs.

It's the mixing of bodily fluids that expose you to HIV. If you are just generally worried about anal and contracting HIV you should probably be more worried about contracting common STI's through vaginal sex as that is much more likely if you don't use condoms normally.

Go for Durex, always the safest choice, big brand, they obviously know what they're doing!

Getting her tested isn't the answer because it can take 3-6 months for the body to produce enough HIV antibodies for a test to detect. So unless you get her tested 6 months after last possible exposure to HIV, and you know 100% she hasn't been exposed to HIV since then, there's still a chance she has it.
