OK,

Quick scenario/question for all the forumites.

Over the past few months, I have dated about 5-6 different girls, and had sex with 2 of them.

The two that I had sex with, were more than one night, but they always seem to fizzle out after hitting it a couple of times.

I've realized that the hole in my game is maintaining interest level over time.

I'm not calling too often, once a week at the very most, and only then to set up dates, never to "juat talk."

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that I want/need a girlfriend here...but it'd be nice to know that I could maintain a girl's interest level in me for more than a few weeks.

Perhaps there are some old posts/ideas that some of you guys might have about making the transition from just casual dating into relationship territory.

BTW, I never bring up the "where is this going" card with girls that I see. I usually just wait for them to do it, or we stop seeing eachother over time.

DAMN this is getting frustrating.

dude, im in the exact same boat. Since the beginning of this year ive dated about 7 girls, and im getting tired of it. There is 1 girl that has been around for most of this year (met end of Jan), and I think if you read back a few days youll find a story about her and how she sort of told me that she wanted me to move with her to another state. Well she was supposed to move the other day, and before she left I went over to her house and pretty much told her that i was dissapointed that we never got to know each other better, and that I saw definate potential in her as a girlfriend. She told me that if she were to stay that she could see starting a "exclusive dating relationship", and going from there. So, I get a call tonight saying "im not leaving until winter" after I thought she already left. So, where to go now?

...if the sex was good even if nothing else was, alot of times girls will want to hang out just because your a good lay...this has been my expereince. Get some new moves and see how things go for ya..

That would be the otherside of the coin.........but:

If these women are looking for something more. Then you'd think he'd get a bit further than a "wam-bam-thank you ma'am" with them, before they decided he was "boring".

It could be a number of things. Give us some specifics, as to what you do that might drive them away?

I hate to sound AFCish here but maybe the problem is that you're not giving these girls enough of your time.

After they give it up to you they may be thinking that you are going to be their boyfriend. Then when the amount of contact doesn't increase they realize that that's not gonna happen and they decide to cut their losses and move on.

Just an alternate theory for you.
