What are some effective out-of-gym HIIT exercises that have given good results?

How do you perform them?

What I mean is: do you sprint for 30 seconds, keep jogging, and do it again...?

or do you sprint for 30 seconds, take a 2 minute rest, and repeat?

My way involves quite abit of downtime, so im not 100% sure if it's the best way.

THanks

I started out going 20:60 (Sprint:walk) for about 8 min. after about 3 months of 2-3 HIIT per week Im up to 20 min of 30:60. i have only the bet things to say for it. But it is damn hard when you begin, and once you can reach 20 easily you need to add sprint time and/or subtract walk time.

Sex.

Pump away hard real fast then when you're about to *** you take it easier for a little bit at a slower rhythm. Then you can pump hard again and repeat. Eventually when your workout is over you can *** for your "good result" and have your protein shake ready right in front of you.

haha, still its true, and obvious, I think that was his point.

I was going to respond to this thread last night, then I realized practically every sport qualifies. It should be easy to think of HIIT exercises you would like. Start off with what you did when you were young.
