Hey is doing i am doing pretty good at not eating junk food and other crap. Is doing HIIT and still lifting heavy like about 8 reps, good for losing the fat and keeping some of my muscle? And if it is, when do you do HIIT? morning before breakfast or like in the afternoon or at night? And(lol) how long should HIIT last each day and many times a week should you do it?
