Highly inflexible body!!! No rhythm in sex

Hi Djs,,, need your help here!!!

Straight to the point.. I have a highly inflexible body, and when I have sex with a woman, I just don't have the rhythm.. The movement is not free flowing. I probably thrust for 3-5 times very fast, wait for half a second and do that again. Probably because I've never danced in my life, and now it is quite a problem for me.

Coming from a very Asian traditional family, I was never even allowed to have a gf.. After coming to Aus, I did date a girl, but she left me after she slept wit me.. Yeah it is that bad..

I was totally devastated.. But I came here and read the materials again n again for like 3 months, and mentally I am much better now.. Like Pook says, I am just concentrating in winning my life. Thanks to Pook.

I've been visiting brothels lately tryin to compensate for my lack of experience.. But even the girls there tell me the same thing.. Lack of rhythm.. Just from you guys out there.. How can I improve my rhythm, my thrust movement?

I just want to conquer this insecurity/problem, and I am willing to do whatever it takes.. To tell frankly, I want to be really good at it. Better than excellent.


I am going to join a martial arts class, one of the main reasons is to gain more flexibility.. Anythin else I can do to be a good lover?

Join dance class..latin dance, you will get the rhymth
take on yoga to improve your breathing, flexibility...trust me on this.

this is a long term process, 6 months to 1 year..make it part of your lifestyle.

Sport, swimming also increase libido..

Ask the girl at brothel for feedback, you will know what to improve

Dancing will help - seriously - it gets your body moving in a repetitive motion.

Start getting some cardio work in - running, swimming, whatever - it will help increase your stamina - do that 4 to 6 times per week for at least 30 minutes per session. Any of those will help your body stay stronger, longer and help with the rhythm.

I've never had sex before but I figured that I could use the same practice for when I do, what some good dances to learn and stuff and I can practice at home?

I think you are making excuses for your lack of experience. Unless you are planning on having sex with a cirque du solei performer, you don't need to be all that flexible.

If you want to get better in the sack, you have to hook up with women that know what they want AND are willing to teach you. You're a beginner, so don't even think about self diagnosing your ability.

Even if you never gain any flexibility, most of the thrusting should be done with the hips or pelvis. Most people think of sex in terms of just thrusting it in n out. This is not good technique, if you use your hips, you'll not only be moving in n out, but also up and down, side to side or back n forth(depending on the position). She'll experience way more pleasure if you make contact with the anterior and posterior(right word???) walls inside the vagina. For example, if you tell her to lean back a bit during while she is in Cowgirl position, this will put more pressure on her G-spot, and we all know what that means.

lol dancing won't help this... i'm naturally uncoordinated but i've learnt to dance. so now others say i'm a good dancer, just not a NATURALLY good dancer. i got there by practicing my moves 'til i got them perfect. and no it hasn't made me more coordinated in any other area of life

so as stupid as this sounds and probably as embarassing as it is, you're just going to have to hump a pillow on your bed or whatever to practice getting into the pelvic rhythm of it. you need to exercise those mucles and what better way to practice that movement than to do it...
