I am trying to think of a list of things that will give me high value in the eyes of a women. I am talking about all kinds of value such as sexual value, social value, ect... From this list I will try to work on each and everyone so I can become the best version of me I can be.

Your focus should be on coming up with a list that will give you high value in your eyes. If your doing you and your comfortable in your own skin women will naturally find that attractive.
