The main redeeming feature of high school is proximity to slvtty, horny, underage girls. As far as jocks go, many of them will grow up to be 9-to-5 average nobodies at best who are mad that in the real world nobody gives a fvck about the fact that they were 'cool' in high school. The prom queens will be used up by 22. By their 30s, 40s and 50s many will be single or divorced, desperately looking for some man who doesn't exist, while trying to delude themselves into thinking they're still desirable.
